After a long time we are just waiting Signotron valuable reply & we are not getting any help from Singotron Side.
We are daily facing massive issues with your chargers 20 A as well as 12 A. Your chargers are not capable to run 10 days after cards replacement.
12 A :- 7 Chargers are unsold with us because customer don't want to purchase these chargers now
20 A:- 3 Chargers are unsold because of quality issues
12 A :- 5 Chargers are service issues under warranty .
18A :- 1 Chargers for replacement
Because last 3 Months no help received from Signotron. Already i have told to Signotron official Mr. Sibaji Ghosh, i am sending these chargers back to you on sale return basis.. Because our all market reputation is spoiled by Signotron chargers. Now every customer is asking for there money back , Because after every 10 Days after card replacement Chargers comes again back for service. So our Investment is going too high on Service. We can't further tolerate these things.
So we want solution from Signotron side , otherwise we need our money back
our customer is asking again & again for refund there money. So we can't invest more now from own pocket because 10% more than margin was gone in servicing of Signotorn chargers only.
We have procured 30000 Rs. material in second time But we are not getting service from last 4 months. So we have to pay back customer money instead of to change chargers because new chargers also running only for 10 days. So we can't pay more now on service from our pockets.
We have all communication to Signotron on e mail. & it has been clearly shown the all discussion which they are not taking seriously.
