Misplace of goods, I have not yet recieved till date the amount

I am a sub stokist running bussiness since March 19 and given bussiness of 4 lakhs. But m facing certain difficulty. I have not yet recieved till date the amount for the goods that was returned and signed by the van carrier on 30 april 2019.
