Indiabazzars.com Fraud company and not refunding my amount

in the month Feb 2018 (08.02.2018)i have recieved the call from Ms.Anjali (9893442429) she informed that have distrubutor in Bellary and they have sent me the agreement copy with details and Rs.15000 will be refundable security deposit. so i thought good and transferred the Rs.15000 to Indibazzars company current account (A/c No : 50200025340679, HDFC). After i received one cortoon box with some ayurvedic items ehich have unidentified manufactured name. So i had doubts i was asking every details and fought for orders, they are always assuring that will give the orders very soon. i have given the deadline upto 29.03.2018 even they haven't given single order. So i had discussed with Senior manager Ashish said that will refund within 3 working days. so they have sent the cancellation form, I have filled the details and sent back to company mail id and Ajali(Zonal marketing head). After that many times i am calling to Ms.Anjali she was not picking my calls and all phone numbers switched off which ever showing in website. So i have decided to give lodge complaint against the Indiabazzar.com & Ms.Anjali. Even once police tried to call Ms.Anjali, she was suddenly dropped the call and next days itself switched off the mobile. she have switched off on 21.05.2018. still today they haven't refund my amount even no one responding the call. so i have lodged the police complaint 08.06.2018.police have assured that will resolve soon. I am waiting the reply.
