Have given request to stop my justdial account that i m using for my firm

I m pradeep bobade, I was using justdial service but due to my personal problems I donot want to continue justdial service so on 7january 2019 at 12.46 in the afternoon I mailed to pune@justdial.com to stop my service and for that mail I got an confirmation mail but till date my service is not stopped by justdial and for that service every month INR3009 is deducting from my bank account..
and now they are giving reasons when i call to justdial.so i request consumer court to take proper action against them and please tell them to stop my service and refund my money.
