Myself Ranjna M I HAD PAID 2018 RS TO A SELLER VIA PAYTM AT 8140813191 FOR TWO SAREES. HE WAS SENDING ME SAREES PICS ON WHATSAPP SINCE A LONG TIME AND HE TOLD ME HIS NAME ALPHAS AND HE IS MANUFACTURER OF SAREE HE TOLD HIS SHOP NAME ALPHA FASHIONS AT SURAT (GJ) I ORDERED FOR TWO SAREES BUT AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT HE SWITCHED OFF HIS MOBILE, I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM VIA WHATSAPP I HAD GOT A MESSAGE THAT HE DELETED HIS WHATSAPP ACCOUNT ALSO. I COMPLAINED TO PAYTM BCOZ PAYTM NEVER ALLOW TO RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT WITHOUT SUBMITTING KYC SO I HAD A MINDSET THAT IF ANY WRONG HAPPENS THEN PAYTM WILL HELP ME, PAYTM IS NOT PROVIDING HIS KYC BUT THEY WANT ME TO FILE A POLICE CASE (FIR) UNDER SECTION 420. PLEASE HELP ME TO FILE A FIR AGAINST THIS PERSON HIS MOBILE NUMBER IS-
