Dear Authority,
This is to bring to your notice that a trader named Salil Agarwal whose shop named Ashirwad Ply House at 46 Shivaji Marg, Hewitt Road, Lucknow is denying sales invoice to customer and is selling faulty and false goods. On returning the goods for inferior quality, those are not taken back and invoice is denied. Trader's TIN is 09751901181 and registered in name of Shashi Agarwal, M/s Ashirwad Ply House. This also indicates that the trader is evading sales tax and income tax. Kindly look into the matter, same will be reported to the state Sales tax commissioner and income tax commissioner. Looking forward to appropriate action.
