I bought a rolling suitcase on 18 Feb 2016 with warranty of three years on zip and wheels.
After a month, I returned the suitcase to the shop, as a wheel broke. They accepted and told that it will be repaired.
When I approached to have my repair suitcase, I found that there is no repair and the shopkeeper is asking Rs. 400/- for repair.
I showed him receipt and told that it was covered under warranty that is why he accepted the suitcase for repair.
Shopkeeper, refused to entertain any repair. I would like to have my suitcase repaired/ replaced as it is reported within warranty period.

Dear sir, we are staying in boduppal area here one kirana shop named mr.santosh, be was selling any item for 2 rs after mrp. Example:Allout insect killing pad it was 10 rs mrp. He is taking 12 rs on mrp. And even kanta also not maintaining properly they are keeping magnet in kanta. Kindly we are requesting that take seviour action regarding these issues,not only especially me all athores also suffering regarding this issue. And dal etc,. Are also not good to purchase they are selling duplicate dal's and etc.
