I was Dispatch Material (Senors) with bill through DTDC courier against consignment No P36180946 dated 8 March 2016. Delivery Place Bhiwandi. Delivery Commitment was withinn 2-3 days. Due to shift of address DTDC not able to deliver the material. In this case material should come back to me. But unfortunately it did not came back. On 18th march i checked on DTDC tracking web site, material showing in vashi. SO i called DTDC customer care. They told me, material is in Vashi. If you want to deliver it on new bhiwandi address email us new address we will send it back on new address. So i emailed new address on 22 March 2016. But till today materiel is not deliver. till today i am taking too many followup by phone/ By email but no one responding to emails & Not getting satisfactory answer on phone.
What should i do?where i can give my complement?
