Cheated with me and not giving me my share

My name i shahnawaz ahmad lone from jammu and kashmir ,iam a unemployent engineer, so two guys and his brother tell me that we make sself help group so we make the group and the process of group is running in this time i told them that we can work with the complain as sub contractor so we take sub contract from Bandh and company, i take the contract, i manange all labours and every thing, now when i go to the bandh and company md he refuses to give me my money, he told me that ur parter has already rcvd from him and near about 3 lakh is pending i give u after 10 days after 10days he also refuses, so present iam at noida struggling from every while for a job i font have money,when i call them they blocked my no all and not ready to give my money and i als0 aarranged all the machinery so rvery one used to tell me that we are comming on ur behalf to run ur project so u have give us money... So what can i do i sometimes think that i can socied i dont have money
I request is only ur goodself that unemployement exchange anantnag how they provide them self helf group card without my permission and also one member of the iscurrently working i got to know about this before 2 days
Plz help me for giving my money back from them
