Dear Sir,
We have purchased 348 Qty of Tile 24*24 Vitrified fro Ashoka Sanitaion,Add.:Sikanderpur Bye-Pass,Gurgaon{Haryana}vide their Inv.No.:1896 & 1897 Dtd.12th.February'18.Please note we have also made full payment to that clients.
In this context we want to state that there was breakage of 120 Tiles. The said client neither accepting these breakages nor giving any assurance of replacing these breakages.For this we are facing Delaying in our payment, Harassment and Heavy Financial loss.We knew that breakage is only 1% Or 2%, but this was 40% breakage
Therefore requesting to intervene in this matter as earliest possible and relieve us with compensation of this Huge loss.
