Guys just giving you all a update do not deal with RICHA SOFTWARE SOUTIONS they are here just to make fool and hundreds of wrong commitment just to signed up with them Service Level Agreement (SLA). We have taken Novel Typing project which is 300 pages per ID should complete within 30days (including Sundays. Festivals) one error per page. After completion of work submission they are giving three types of QC reports for one workload the payment varies from INR 1380 to INR 17660 a hike of near about 1200%, which are enclosed. We are taken Data typing 5 i.d’s from this Company RICHA SOFTWARE SOUTIONS, Bhubaneswar Orissa, As 5 i.d’s, we making the Payment of INR 14,000/- per each ID. We are working since two months, Before taking the process, this Person call in the late night, and evening also, but after the signup SLA this Person don’t accept our call, nobody in his office pick our call any time his number got busy, show as rule, that office time over?? his language is hares, we got the information as well as sufficient proof that the i.d cost is only INR 7,000/- So why this Company taken us INR 14,000/- for each i.ds?.See below the attachment of his mail screen shot of how he collect money, we appreciate his cunningness and fraud, we want to make awareness to all about a scam company (RICHA SOFTWARE SOUTIONS) Mr.Ambuj Sahoo don’t be foolish us we publish it various web sites, news papers even we forwarded your scam to Ministry of Social justice, Ministry of Information and broadcasting, Ministry of Home, and various Ministry that how a person with register a company collect money to be foolish to others, in the Name of BPO Industry. I am not only decide given this case to Regional Level, give it National Level, you can’t not imagine that How the people of KVR Infra Tech people are goes beyond imagination.
