Last time also same concern we raised the complaint to Mr. vikesh and some one executive also attended to gym to resolve the issue but no proper service regards we are suffering about the equipment off lat pull down machine (model no is AF ) they are given words to replace the parts and we are in under warranty they said they will replaced the part if get any issue now they are saying like no replacement in parts in plastic thing and also Twister also we raised the complaint about the twister 2 months ago still its not ratified the issue the part is with us only
so we are not satisfied with your team members and they are not giving proper responses with team end so its worst service we are expecting your end to best service for your end
