Without any prior confirmation Rs. 429 debited from my available balance in the name of validity ext

Dear CRM-BSNL,

Greetings !

It is very unpleasent to know that the company like BSNL is doing fraud with innocent customers.

BSNL makes people fool in the name of validity extention recharge on every six months.

BSNL had cut Rs.429/- from my main balance on 01/07/2018 in the name of validity extention. As there is only Rs.36 is chargable for validity extention charge.

Mainly before six months I subscribe for the plan of Rs. 429/- is with unlimited calling & data for 84 days also extention of 6 months validity with this plan.

Now, after six months BSNL cut down Rs. 429 from my main balance and their CC executive says that for validity extention we had cut this amount as per your previous plan.
As we know that Rs. 36 only is applicable for validity extention. And the BSNL had cut Rs. 429 without my approval.

As I didn't use their plan of Rs.429 from the date of 01/07/2018 to till today - 16/07/2018 because I didn't require that plan, I just want back my Rs. 429 in my main balance o/W I have to fight for my consumer rights.

This is very unpleasent work done by BSNL that push me to do portability and change the company.
