Vat Charged Extra on MRP

Hi I just purchased 3 Shirts and 1 Pant from a Retial Store named (COBB APPARELS PVT. LTD.) in Rani Bagh there was a scheme that buy 2 get 4 and that was applicable on MRP so I selected 4 items 3 Shirts MRP 1599, 1549, 1849 and 1 Pant MRP 1699 so according to scheme I should pay 1849+1699 = 3548 as these 2 amount was on higher side but the shopkeeper charged 5% VAT on MRP 3548 and the amount of VAT charged was 177.40 so when I refused to pay VAT as it is already include in the MRP he says you have to pay this VAT and if you want you can complain against us

    I have been charged 20% vat amount of Rs.266/- for Rs.900/- bill for liqueur, but didn't mention the vat charges in the bill at barbecue nation, cannaught place,Delhi.
    Therefore when asked for the breakup the unit manager Ranveer kumar apologised and said he would reprint the bill and get it. He bought the bill break up on the restaurants letter head. where is Rs.266 going? not on the bill but still got charged
