Complaint about Shop CJ indirectly avoiding to take back product by giving false promise

I am yogesh p. ghodke from kalyan west. My wife Mrs. Rita yogesh ghodke has ordered blankets and bed sheets from Shop CJ on 31-08-16. the product is delivered on 07-09-16. The product was defective and having bad quality. we have complaint regarding this and ask for refund. They have promised us to take back the product but no action from their side. Since month we are following on phone. but they are giving us false promises to take back the product next day. but nothing happen. we are fade up. we feel like cheated.
