Dear Respected Sir,
Greetings of the day,

After three rounds of teliphonic interview, i got a joining letter from Infinite technology solutions, jadavpur Kolkata based company, my salary was as per joining letter 28000 per month in probation period of three months, my joining date is 14th June, i got telephonic training for product's, which company needs distributor in my area of Muzaffarpur. Now within 10 days i got 15 browser from DTDC courier on 24th June which was send by company, in-between from 15 June my market visit begans and daily reporting taken from 2-3 times in a day by my Reporting manager Mr Rajeev chaudhary contact number- 9903436355, now within 28th i got a interested client M/S A K Interprises owner Mr Sanjay Kumar Singh, my boss is also talked with him, as per mr Sanjay he need to visit in head office Kolkata by 12 July than after showing products phisicoly will agree to start business as a Distributor of company, now from next day my boss start saying that, need to visit five Clint today and finalize one deposit his 5 lacks tomorrow.

Its totally showing that he need money imidiatly bithout visiting party at office and without showing products, in between i got a termination mail from company HR on 9th July stating that now my termination was done due to non performance.

After checking company details on Google company status shows STRIKE OF.

After so many phone calls my boss pick my call and says me that not able to give even my working days salary due to non performance, even in company and i have complete list of day to day visited parties.

Kindly help in getting my salary amount.
