Regarding Payment of Salary

1. Name is Saurabh Dubey son of Shri Rama Shankar Dubey, resident of Varanasi Uttar Pradesh 2. Have been working as senior graphic designer in NS3tech solution B 9 block B old DLF Gurgaon 122001.

2. I Was continuously harassed in the organization in different means again and again it was on the peak when I asked for a half day leave after my spectacles broke I somehow managed to work without specs but towards the end of the day it became very hard for me to work as my eyes started watering and head was bursting out of pain so I asked for a leave but the employer refused me for leave and give a verdict (aapko jana hai to jao main bhi dekhta hoon) still my TL asked for a leave on his responsibility so I left the office post lunch The next day I informed my team leader that I will be only but the vice president Mr Siddharth called me and started miss behaving and showed Disrespectful behavior's, on that we had an argument on which Mr Siddharth gave me a verdict on call (Saurabh you are fired you are terminated you don't need to join office from tomorrow) this was not the first time he gave me such verdict before also and has also asked me to resign and leave several times before as well but this time it was at the peak so I gave a resignation letter with two months notice period but they are refusing to accept my notice period also

3. Organization is not ready to pay my salary for March 2023 after repeated requests. They are not ready to pay me for my hard work for the whole month

4. I am on the edge of starving I have old and ailing parents my family depends to some extent on my salary if any happening happens with me or my family Mr Ishu Goyal (founder) and Mr Siddharth (vice president) will be 100% responsible for the case

5. After a lot of effort, I came to the conclusion that I should take the support of the court, for that I demanded a copy of the signed bond from the company, initially they refused to give the bond, but i kept asking for my bond, after this they said that we will mail your bond on Monday. I waited till Monday but no revert was given so I called the HR of the company on Monday( 10 april)no calls were picked up by any employer of the company after many calls HR picked up the phone and very harshly replied that we will not give your bond on call. This time I asked for my bond papers through mail . No response was given in my mail. Then I tried calling all other managing employers of the company, no one answered my phone, due to which I had to go to the office to talk regarding my bond , after visiting to the office, the business head (Aseem Midha) misbehaved with me and said that we Will not give your bond , your bond will be issued only if your lawyer demands it with legal notice and if you appear at the office premises today onwards we will take action against you and file a case against you for threatening, harassing n misbehaving with our female employees and will ruin your career. I departed from there and after much pleading and crying they called me again on next monday (17 april) i.e today , after i arrived there they kept a deal to give my 50 percent of salary that too i am forced to accept their terms and conditions a

1- I have to apologize to him
2- I have to accept whatever amount they are offering
3- i have to sign a document in which i will accept that all my dues are cleared and warned me that if i shared any negative feedback or review then they will make me suffer


And after all this they did not gave me assurance that they will give my 50 percent salary as at last they finished there conversation by saying this is only possible if the CEO PALLAVI SOOD will give acceptance on this deal
