Power supply wiring over my residential plot, PVVCL wired over my plot

Despite of knowing residential plot, PVVCL wired over my plot.

Despite of repeated requests thorough personally and corresponding since Sep. 2012 not yet been removed the wires.

On liaising and submitting a fesh application to SOD Lajpat Nagar on 21 Nov 2017, he compelled me to submit in written for paying myself the expenditure on removing the wires. On denying, he did not receive my application.

Wires are naked at several points and only 2-3 fleets above from the roof, which are hazardous to my family.
