I resigned from TCS as per the policy but my manager and hr misuse the policy against me to ruin my career i.e. They didn't send me the acknowledgment which states my resignation acceptance and my last working date as per the policy . My emp id is 1104548 . Apart of these they keep saying that I was not coming to office from the day I resigned which was completely false. And on the basis of that they send me suspension mail . And I went everyday except 2 or 3 days and that's because I was not in notice period until and unless you send me acknowledgement . Please refer your own policy correctly . And I have all proofs with me all mail chain from starting your separation policy . And I stopped going office after I receive suspension mail i.e after 30 days of my resignation . And I am ready to pay for rest 60 days but in FFS they are asking me to pay for all 90 days including the days I went office . Why should I pay for the days I went office ? And first learn to follow your own policy before creating the wrong image or story about employee. And why should I pay for 60 days it's you only who stopped me attending the office through suspension mail?
