One of our customers had initiated payment of 60,000.00 through mswipe. For some stupid reason they kept hold on our money and did not transfer that amount to my bank. Only after making enquiry we were told to mail the photo and bills.Now the question arises here:
Hello Team,
This is with regards to the payment processed on 26/03/2019 through MSwipe machine for the payment of 60,000.00 swiped twice for (30,000+30,000).

The payment for 30,000 was released on 27/03/2019 but the payment for the other 30,000 is on hold from past one week. Having provided with all the documents like invoice copy and company seal, costumer signature, Company Registration Certificate.

I am the proprietor of CHRISTAL TRADERS and we have been using this MSwipe machine from past 3 months and we have never faced such issues before.

I am very furious and upset for the payment of 30,000 being on hold from past one week.

I have made Umpteen calls to the customer care,back-end team,the representative who gave me the Mswipe machine,and the Service Technician who handles my Locality.

But all my efforts and calls are in vein. None of them have Resolved my issue, still my amount is on hold. Even though after submitting all the documents the backend team and the customer team keep asking for the same documents again and again without checking an verifying. We cannot be in office 24/7 as we will be on field work most of the time.

We are using your Mswipe machine to avoid Cheque Bounce, delay in cash payments. But even in this Mswipe machine if the payment is delayed how do we manage the In Flow of cash in our business, we do not want to effect our business due to this kind of silly issues with your Mswipe machine, there are many other Banks providing swipe machines and the payments are On Time for all my Business Partners. I can rather go for orher genune Banks for Swipe machine with better services and timely payments.

Henceforth, we have decided not to use your Mswipe machine if the payment issue is not resolved within 24hrs. Please revert ASAP.

Who are they to check my bill?

Has RBI given them guidelines to do such non sense things?

More than 72hrs(almost 10 days) to verify my bill.They wont tell you the real terms and conditions.
Still my amount is on hold.

Please dont use it.getting irrated of this machine.Better goo for other Banks.
