The worst booking experience suffered at Popular Motors, Nagampadom, Kottayam due to the casual, car

The worst showroom ever under Popular is the one at Nagampadom, Kottayam. We booked a Swift Dzire in the first week of January 2023. The Manager himself promised sure delivery in two months and we paid 5k rupees as booking amount. Afterwards, he would never promptly attend calls and keep telling that the vehicle had already started from there. Wr booked through CSD. I wonder whether that is their reason for avoidance. Then it is against the Central Government provisions, as such. No one responds, no responsibility, no follow up, nothing. Please do not ever go to this place. They did not even return the booking amount. Even now the vehicle has not come. We cancelled a few weeks back, but no refunding yet. I have never come across such a worse situation. Thinking of taking legal action if they do not return the money this week. The booking amount is still not given though they said we could cancel anytime & there would be QUICK REFUNDING!! Is this a sort of employees protest against the management for sth, I wonder!!

One of my relatives too faced a similar situation from Popular, Nagampadom. They booked a Celerio. Same irresponsibility & nonchalance is shown. They too decided to go for legal action.

Sorry to say that other Maruti agencies like AVG are swift and very responsible. My relative took a Celerio from AVG Motors, Kottayam. In hardly a week or two, the vehicle was delivered. I booked an Amaze VX CVT. We got it delivered in just a week. That is what you call PROFESSIONALISM & CUSTOMER CARE.

In 2002, we took a Maruti 800 from Popular Mamangalam, Ernakulam, Kerala. The experience was really awesome. Same when we booked an Alto in 2008 from Mandovi Mangalore, Karnataka. I think we should inform the MD of Popular Agencies. May be he is not aware how his business will slowly & steadily be ruined by such careless subordinates. No enterprises that have lost customers good will ever survived in this country. In India we have a proper way of functioning, especially for reputed institutions. We believe POPULAR is one such. Kindly cleanse the dirt and virus in the system to make it effective and better.
