Selling in black gas Cylinder delaying delivering

It has been pas t one week gas cylinder not deliver yet they are saying cylinder is not coming from backend due to it it is delay but when i verify other bharat gas agency cylinder is smmothly supplying within a day but pratap jyoti is not doing it i booked cylinder 6 of march
