Regarding the Refund of my Booking Cancelation

My bus Booking from pathankot to chandigarh on dated 13/06/2023 was cancelled by me for some personal reasons . My Booking Id Is GOBUSMOBE1AF05B035 and amount paid 1470/- by online from bank of India
I also got cancellation message from Team Goibibo my request is 17458082445744256 on dated 11/06/2023 at 10.29 am. But till date there is no such response from your side . I have called so many times and msg. ..still pending and already one month gone.


So kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible .
I also called the Goibibo Complaint no. but till date there is no response My complaint id 17486589433027072
