Dear sir my booking id is SXAOQA i cancelled my booking in sep6th sir but still now i didnt get any refund amount i called customer care they said our side is already initiated please go and ask in bank they provide me one reference number.I went to bank and ask they said there is no amount credit amount in your account sir so what can i do please help me asa soon as possible sir
