I paid an advance payment @16000/- to the tour company as per telephonic conversation with a person named Ruhani, M- 9953452598on 17th june via pyumoney. After that the booking team, m no-9355637248 denied that. they stated that- they have not received the amount by payumoney. They told me to send mail to payumoney & merchant team. I did it. But payumoney assured that- the transaction is successful. I tried to call many times but they did not received my call. In this situation, I requested to the tour company for refund but they did not care & told me that it is not possible by them. It is possible by payumoney. Payumoney stated that- refund can be possible only by merchant. Pls help me. I hope- you will take necessary action .
