Not delivered gas since 16 days

We have booked gas online since 16 days but still not delivered.
Contacted the dealer person they responded that they will do that in 2-3 days but didn't received.
They messaged us that gas has been delivered but we didn't received and now if we are calling they are not responding well and still answering us that they will do in 1 day but not received.
Please do that as soon as possible.
So irresponsible if they are not doing there job properly
