Non receipt.of.cancellation refund. PNR NO HBNDE6

I booked two tickets through easemytrip, for travel from Delhi to New York on 6th June 2021. My flight was cancelled and I applied for cancellation on 5th June 2021. As per cancellation policy I am entitled for full refund.

Inspite of repeated follow up with easemytrip (regular mails and telephonic calls), I have not received the refund till date.
