I booked my refill cylinder on 18th of Sept invoice generated on 19 Sept but yet I not received my refill cylinder previously I complaint to field officer regarding message delivered to me for cylinder delivery but I not received my cy linder many consumer facing this problem field officer not taking any action and the agency repeatedly to this act
