Make booking againt reference no-195218 on 19th march 2022 and make online payment of Rs. 901.50- wh

I have booked my cylinder thru paytm against booking reference no-195218 on 19th March 2022 and make advance payment of Rs. 901.50 and delivery person come for delivery today after 7-8 days and asking 50 rupees more why should customer pay for your fault and delayed???

First of all my delivery is delayed by 4-5 days and now delivery person asking me 50 rupees more then only cylinder can be delivery otherwise not, why should customer suffer for all the faults and delayed happened from Bharat gas side in delivery.

Kindly recheck and ensure to deliver my cylinder immediately without any further delay and without any extra charges as i have already paid advance amount againt this on booking time and it is not my fault if price increased after 4-5 days the booking made??

I will escate this issue with consumer forum.
