dear sir I paid RS 955 to Indian oil corporation ltd for refill booking on 11th Oct 2018,13:39 hours. payment was successfully debited from my bank account but at the time of refill delivery distributor asked for money saying that payment has not been done so you have to pay the amount. I consulted from my bank they assured me that payment was successfully debited.
pls help me, sir
