Hotel denied confirmation but Agoda charged money

Dear Agoda team

I have booked for the first time with you and look at the customer
experience as I am denied the accommodation at the Clark hotel as per above
confirmation and the hotel receptionist says that they have sent you mail
rejecting the confirmation.
Now at middle of the night I am stranded and they are saying that they have
rooms that costs RS6000 plus taxes.

What credibility agoda has. Now I am searching for alternative hotel with
family in midnight. All your customer service virtual assistant does not
have a basic option of hotel rejecting the confirmation.

Please refund my money along with damages for Rs 1 lac immediately into my
credit card otherwise I am forced to take up legally
