Gas booked but not Delivered

Booking Complaint Complaint Date: April 7, 2020
Gas booked against Ref. No.- 02665. LPG Bill No-300029805 shows as on 13th Mar.

Invoice No.- 5-001622877608 created as on 21 Mar 2020 against cylinder delivered but still cylinder not received.
Now we are helpless & unable to rebook the cylinder up to next 15 days.
Kindly help.
