Experiencing Hell with Vijetha Enterprises, Machilipatnam

Dear Team,

My consumer Id: 603500 (HP Gas, Vijetha Enterprises, Machilipatnam). It had been a week long and till now Cylinder is not yet delivered and they are telling some cock and bull stories. It is not first time and if you check the history, you will come to know. This issue is continuously repeating since long time with junk reasons every month. I dont know what type of actions that you are taking on this behalf and I am willing to switch my GAS dealer.

If you are not able to deal anything with this, try to escalate to senior management for taking necessary actions. Whenever we are calling to that agency one lady is sitting over there and talking all the non sense when we are asking her name or her managers name. She bluntly informed that we have to wait and there is no other option too as the staff went to marriage function this time. She is responding like stupid.
