Complaint regarding refund of booking amount

We had booked the Heritage hotel for my marriage in 6th April 2020, but due to corona pendemic the marriage was postponed. We contacted the hotel authorities on 23rd March 2020 to give us the new required date but they refused saying the dates were unavailable. We then asked them for refund but were not given any concrete answer. They kept on delaying talking with us and finally after 3 months they told us that dates were available. In these 3 months we have made other arrangements and just need our refund but they are refusing and forcing us to book another date.
