booking gas has still not received gas

I have booked gas on last month on 28th March, 2020 & my refill order no is 423506 and my consumer no is CX 20626237, but still I didn't get delivery of booking gas and their no any representative available on phone and nor any gas agency no is working all are dead.
How to cook the food when the peoples are not getting essential things cooking gas in lockdown. While our honourable Prime Minister has said every one will get essential things.

Kindly take the immediate action and do the needful thing.
