booking cab confirm not response for cab information

yesterday last night i booked cab for railway station drop ineed cab at 10pm they said its confirm we send u cab at 10pm but still 10:30 vehicle not come i call customer care ok sir iwil send u but no response agin call customer care one lady pickup i just inform no cab for pickup its urgent but the lady said sorry sir we wrongly booked at 10:57pm but no cab ok i said but its an emergengy what will u do people its very difficult to reach my place u know this is very bad to inform to a customer dont do it in future
