Booked on 28/02/20. Untill now no cylinder delivered.

I booked a cylinder on 28/02/20. And the booking nbr is 172367. Till now cylinder is not delivered. Last month Mr virender delivery man charged a extra money and gave cylinder which was 3 kgs less at delivery time. When we said we will complaint against u. Now again on booking this time he and his brother is daily excusing us by saying we not got ur recepit from agency. So they r not giving me the cylinder. Kindly look to it soon.
