wrong reporting to cibil & complaint against nonresponsive behavior

I have car loan with SBI Sector 9 branch faridabad i have been sending emails & trying t get in touch with the bank for my car loan statements & wrong reporting to my CIBIL but till now there is n resolution despite of complaining it to the nodal officer they are failed for any resolution i have send emails to the branch manager but because of there irresponsible & lethargic behavior i have no resolution till date please help me, because f the wrong reporting i am not able t take any loan till date.
