Wrong card sent without my consent with exorbitant annual fees

Dear Sir,

I am Darshan Shah and would like to raise complaint against SBI cards.

I would like to inform you that while the time of providing me the card I was told I would be provided SBI Simply Save card with Annual fees of Rs. 499/-+ GST and also that if my spend amount to Rs. 2,000/- or more in first three months then my annual fees would be waived off.

I would like to bring to your notice that without my consent SBI upgraded me and sent me SBI Prime Card without my consent and without informing me of the update. Even in my application, it is clearly mentioned that I am applying for SBI Simply Save Card. The card sent to me has annual fees of Rs. 2,999+GST and with no waiver clause.

This card was enforced on me without my knowledge then under consumer terms comes as a malpractice under your part.

Since last 10 days I am trying to reach out to SBI Cards but they are not responding to my complaints and are also not cancelling the card.
