TRANSFER OF ACCOUNT ISSUE WITH BANK OF INDIA, SILPUKHURI BRANCH.

I MD FAISAL MARUF QURESHI IS a resident of Shillong, Meghalaya-793002. have been residing in Guwahati for the last one year because of my Ph.D work in Gauhati University. I applied for Indane Gas connection in the name of my wife (Aliya Bano) through her AADHAR CARD and Electricity bill of my Guwahati residence and got the gas connection. But the subsidy amount was not transferred to my wife's Bank of India account. on asking the Indane Gas agency they asked me to give my wife's Aadhar card to Bank of India. I went to Bank of India Silpukhuri Branch and asked the counter person to deposit my wife's Aadhar card in her account, though her home branch of BOI is in Lalganj Uttar pradesh. the Counter person asked me to bring Aadhar original and its xerox copy, BOI passbook and also my wife(Pregnant eight months) in person. since my wife's signature will be required. on submitting the required documents to the counter person. He suggested me to transfer my wife's account from Lalgang Uttar pradesh to Silpukhuri Branch Guwahati, for which he asked to write an application regarding transfer of account. I wrote the application and my wife signed it. My wife not remembering her signature , signed in english. Although in the computer system my wife's signature was in hindi, later on my wife signed in hindi and her signature and photo was duly verified by the counter women(2nd counter person). my wife's BOI passbook didnt had her photo and BOI seal in it(not my wife's fault but Lalganj's BOI branch's fault). but BOI silpukhuri branch manager did not accepted my wife's Aadhar linkage to her account. stating that KYC should be done in home Branch,since my wife's account is Dormant(i.e. Lalganj, Uttar pradesh). Though the bank's counter person was ready to link it, after due verification of photo and sign in BOI's computer system. I my self saw my wife's photo in the BOI silpukhuri Branch Manager's Computer system... but still the bank manager did not linked Aadhar to my wife's account... my wife was their in the bank for around 1 hour in the branch in her eight months pregnancy condition... I want my wife's Aadhar linkage to her account and due compensation caused to her because of her being in pregnancy condition.
