my aunty a divorcee Ms.SUSHILA DEVI SHARMA an illetrate LADY HAD BORROWED A HOME LOAN from abovementioned bank around 20 years back or little later,due to personal reasons the loan got defaulted but she used to deposit money as and when she could manage to do so,the withdrawn loan was around 6,00,000,which rose to 44,50,000 as on date as per verbal bank statement,since whenever any of concerned had demanded astatement an statement on excel sheet was furnished and make them satisfied by one way or the other misusing their illetracy,now when she is able to manage to clear all outstanding ,i as a son had approached bank and had requested for a bank statement to all senior officials present on 1st nov 2018 which includes general manager even,i was answered that bank statmenent had been given to all earlier,i requested them to furnish again but was ignored that amount won't change hence refer given statement,i said i had received in excel sheet without any signature or seal of bank they said we used to give like this only,i then requested them to provided me signature on given statment for which they ignored and skipped,i demanded a draft of application so that can move for statement in proper way,which was as well ignored by general manager.since we were to clear outstanding we wish to have a legal figure of outstanding which was informed verbally instead,hence had been forced to clear as per verbal instructions accordingly as per their statement we have to pay 8,75,000 as on 1st nov 2018,we cleared by paying 6,00,000 through RTGS and demanded a clear statement but were informed to pay balance 2,75,000 and collect all documents,since withdrawn loan amount was in tune of 6,00,000 and till now had paid 44,50,000 we are afraid that not only we had been cheated by non providing of statement instead the bank had violated rules of RBI as well,and had not followed guidelines of RBI,We request for independent enquiry and scrunity of our account number 000350003000012 IN NAME OF sushila devi sharma AND bring truth and details of our accounts in our notice.
we are sure that a neutral agency will lookinto the matter and bring truth in front of us legally.
