Refund of online fail payment

I have lodged complaint No.5000422687 dt 20March 2020 on pnbindia website & complent no.A126924235 on 22 March on customer care of PNB from which I was informed that I had paid my electric bill of Rs 1098 online through debit card from my account number 368700010089938 on 18.03.2020. The payment failed, but the amount debited from the account. The debit amount was not returned to my account. I got sms on 21 March 2020 from PNB that your complain stand resolved by the bank but I have not received my debit amount tllnow.I received mail from PNB central office agra on 26 March 2020 to provide account no. Transaction no. And date of transaction. I send all information on same date but not recived any response till date. Even after the key bar reminder, PNB is not responding. This is a deliberate misconduct with the customer. Please take the necessary action
