Refund debit mandate fail charge please.

I am payed my HDFC policy No.22005985 on 28/03/23 but policy bazaar debit mandate fail charge 295 Rs deducted on 29/03/23 for my SBI Account. The deducted amount message received my mobile No.9435258326 on 30/03/23. Moreover, on the dated 16/03/23 my SBI Account available balance are 7000/- above. Therefore I kindly request to you refund my deducted amount 295 Rs please.
