Non receipt of money deposited in union Bank of India ATM

On dtd 04.8.2022 we deposited Rs 25000/_ cash in CRM Machine of Union Bank of India at lower parel branch.but cash is not still credited to our bank accou t..still one month completing but we do not get response from Bank having answers that they are checking with their records.please do the needful at earliest.
