I have an home loan account in PNB Housing finance ltd,Loan Account Number HOU/IND/1217/469868 and applied for PMAY(Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) scheme, now bank told me "your loan application does not meet the guidelines, as specified by National Housing Bank under the PMAY scheme application rejected; reason "female ownership is mandatary" but at the time of applied for the scheme they didn't told me female ownership is mandatary. I have asked many time but they said no need of female candidate. Now my application got rejected & lost the scheme amount Rs 2670000 that is big amount for me. Please take necessary action on it.
