Respected Sir/Madam,

I am very much disappointed to write this message here as I didn't get any positive assistance from HDFC bank team.

This is to inform you that, I am paying the monthly EMIs of Rs. ~26K without any issues/delays for my personal loan which had taken for some important personal work** which now I am unable to pay because unfortunately I got laid off from the company where I was working. I am also actively looking for better opportunities so that I can maintain everything but many companies have freezed their hiring temporarily.

I physically went to HDFC bank (my branch) and I went to Krupatunga road HDFC branch but I didn't get proper response and assistance from them. Instead of helping me they suggested me to drop an email to email:- support@hdfcbank.com. I did this also but with a subject line:- IMPORTANT - PERSONAL LOAN CONCESSION REQUEST, but here also I didn't get any help.

Currently, I have many critical and important responsibilities with 4 dependents, paying EMIs and managing all this has really become hectic as of now because of which I am depressed and worried.

I don't want to bounce any of my EMIs, I am just asking for some concession in my loan or time concession in loan EMIs.

Kindly request you to consider my message in a positive way and please help me in my tough times.
