Fraud of 55200 rupees for SBI CSP SERVICE

I request you to refund my amount in case of opening State bank of india consumer service point account and take first time 5200 rupees for registration, second time 25000 rupees for settlement account,third time 25000 rupees for OD account.when I demand return my money then they demanding again 11000 rupees.
