I have a Housing loan account (Floating) with Kalupur bank-panchwati branch (A/C. No. 01331000355) wherein since April 2012 to March 2016 there has been no reduction in interest rate even after many times requested to Branch manager. I want to know that, why bank is not reducing the rate as per RBI guidelines. Bank must reduce the rate as and when RBI reduces the interest rate. I\'m filling complaint to RBI as well as in Consumer Court for this issue. Pl. update me in case of any updation in this issue.
