Purchased one product of Rs 11914 through merchant (amazon) on HDFC debit card EMI. As per bank they have convert ed EMI twice stating they paid twice to merchant however as per merchant they have received amount only once and same confirmed on Email but bank do not agree and from past one month asking to check with merchant and as per merchant they denying and ask us to do not call as we have already provided you the email proof that the amount received only once. HDFC they are not investing properly and started deducting EMI twice.
