Complaint against CBI regrading money deducted from loan account

Respected sir,
I Akash Lathiya holding a Home loan account with CBI Virod branch with
loan account no.
3984242803. 10181 rs has been debited from my loan account on
05/07/2021 without
prior notification to me from my home loan account. When I inquired
about that, the manager said that it is against the insurance of
property. I didn't get any satisfactory reply from the bank or RBI on
that query. I need clarification of below mentioned points
1) If insurance is compulsory for home loan then why have you not
notified me since i have been holding a home loan account for more
than 4 years.
2) Is it right for that amount to be debited from the customer account
without intimating or signing the debit slip to the customer?
3) Why has the bank has not given me notice to purchase insurance in
advance and then debit the amount from my account without intimating
to me?.
4) If insurance is compulsory then show me by which rule of RBI or
IRDAI that insurance is compulsory for home loan.
